Corn Hummous

Ingredients for 2 people:

200g of precooked white beans

200g of precooked corn grains

1 tbsp. of tahin

2 tbsp. of oil

1 garlic glove

1/2 tsp. of salt

1 tbsp. of lemon juice

1 pinch of paprika powder


Corn Hummous


  1. Rinse the white beans and corn grains in cold water and tip into the food processor. Add peeled garlic, tahin, 1 tbsp. of oil, salt, paprika powder and lemon juice.
  2. Turn on the food processor. When the mixture is fully combined and smooth, tip it into serving dishes.
  3. Top it with 1 tbsp. of oil (and if you like with parsley, lavender flowers or paprika powder).
