Red Berry Jam

This jam is a glass full of spring. Choose your favourite berries and create with your little darling a delicious spring jam 🙂


Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Ingredients for 300ml:

300g of mixed red fruit (strawberries, raspberries, red currants, etc.)

1/2 apple

40ml of water

3 tbsp. of caster sugar (or non if you don´t like it sweet)

1 tbsp. of cornstarch

1 tsp. of coconut oil

Pinch of salt

Red Berry Jam


  1. Remove the green ends of the fruits. Peel and chop the apple half. Place the red berries, apple and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the berry smoothie into a sauce pan. Add the sugar, cornstarch, coconut and salt. Place it on the cooker and cook on a medium heat. Stir constantly until the jam thickened (about 10 minutes).
  3. Pour the jam into a jar and allow to cool down.

Hint: The berry jam keeps well in a closed jar in the fridge for about 1-2 weeks. Remove the berry jam out of the fridge 15 minutes before eating.
