Oh, I know, that could be complicated, but I know two ways to use the vegan 5-Weeks-Meal-Plan without causing World War III 😉 Please click here (the answer is a bit too long for this side 😉 )

How many meals will I be eating every day?

The meal plan includes 4 meals every day – a breakfast, a lunch, a snack and a supper. All recipes and shopping lists are designed for 1, 2, 3 and 4 person. If you´re cooking only for yourself or for your whole family, you choose the corresponding recipes and shopping lists (for example: for 1 person or for 4 person).

I don´t have much time to spend for shopping and cooking.

The most people don´t have much time. That´s why the vegan 5-Week-Plan helps you to save time. You choose the corresponding shopping list, go shopping only once a week and prepare your meals. In the evening, you prepare a double portion of the supper (by a maximum of 30 minutes). So you can enjoy a delicious lunch without cooking the next day (at home, job, sport, university, school, …) . And you can prepare (without cooking) all breakfasts in 5 minutes (except the pancakes at Sundays).

Is the vegan 5-Weeks-Meal-Plan proven?

Yes, from me 🙂 , my friends and some vegan 5-Weeks-Meal-Plan-User, too. Original it was my personal vegan meal plan, which I created just for me. After some weeks it became very popular among my friends. The first version of it was born 2012. In 2013 a lot of my friends tried and evaluated it. 2014 it was nearly perfect and my friends tried and evaluated it a second time. 2015 I published the first official version of it  (recipes and shopping list were just for 2 person). 2017 the vegan 5-Week-Meal-Plan got a face lift: new design and the recipes and shopping list are for 1, 2, 3 and 4 person. You see, the plans are proven 😉

Will I get enough food? Too much food?

The vegan 5-Week-Meal-Plan provide about 1,500 to 2,000 calories per day. That is perfect for an average height person who performs an average amount of exercise – like me 🙂 If you are very large, small, inactive, more active or just need more / less food, you can add or remove food / ingredients as needed.

Will I lose weight?

Some of my friends and vegan-meal-plan-user loosed weight. But it depends on your body. These vegan meal plans tends to help people to get their optimal weight. Because of the 3 meals and 1 snack each day, the lots of different nutrients, the varied recipes, the detailed shopping lists and your attention of your food, body and health in this time, it also helps to eliminate the sweets and candies.

What should I do when I have visitors?

Every recipes is written for 1, 2, 3 and 4 person. At the top of each recipe you will find the ingredients, so you can buy the missing ingredients and cook for you and your visitors.

Do I have to cook three time a day?

No, if you like you can do it, but you don´t have to. The idea of the vegan 5-Week-Meal-Plan is to save time. In the evening, you prepare a double portion of the supper. So you can enjoy a delicious lunch without cooking the next day (at home, job, sport, university, school, …) . And you can prepare (without cooking) all breakfasts in 5 minutes (except the pancakes at Sundays).

Will I get all nutrients?

As mentioned above, the vegan 5-Weeks-Meal-Plan started as a plan for myself and I wanted to do everything right – that included the nutrients (protein, calcium, magnesium,…). Because I am an original Berlin girl I took the guidelines of the German Society of Nutrition into the vegan meal plans (they are similar to the guidelines from other countries). The each-day-guidelines are for example: 0.8g protein per 1g of body weight, so I calculated with 50 – 60g protein each day. I did the same with all other nutrients, so you will get all nutrients 🙂

I have allergies or just don’t like certain foods?

The whole vegan 5-Weeks-Meal-Plan is soy free and all the used grains, nuts, fruit, vegetable and legumes can replaced with another sort of them. But if you will find an ingredient in the meal plan, which you don´t know how to replace, you can write me an email 🙂

I am worried about wasting food.

The menus are carefully planned to use all the ingredients you buy for the week. Even leftovers are incorporate into some meals to make preparation that much easier. So you don´t waste food.

Do I’ll always eat the same thing?

Of course not… that would be really boring 😉 In the vegan 5-Weeks-Meal-Plan are 37 recipes which rotate, so you will eat a few recipes more than twice. But you will eat every day 4 different meals (breakfast, lunch, snack, supper) and every week is different to the other four weeks. So no, you won´t always eat the same thing 😉

When do I receive my vegan 5-Weeks-Meal-Plan?

You will be able to download the digital files as soon as you ordered. You can print the files or view them on your smart phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
