White Breakfast

A perfect white start 🙂


Coconut Muesli

Ingredients for 2 people:

1 green apple

1 banana

1/2 tsp. of vanilla powder

30g of grated coconut

50g of oat flakes

30g of chopped almonds

400ml of coconut water

5g of dark chocolate (if you like)


Coconut Muesli


  1. In a big bowl, mix the almonds, grated coconut and oat flakes.
  2. Peel and slice the banana. In a blender place the banana, coconut water and vanilla powder. Blend it until smooth and pour it in the bowl.
  3. Quarter the apple and remove the core. Grate the apple into the bowl. Mix all thoroughly. Pour it in two smaller bowls and top it with the grated dark chocolate.


Date Lime Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 people:

500ml of cold almond milk

5 dried dates

1 lime


Date Lime Smoothie


  1. Grate 1 tsp. of the lime rind. Halve and squeeze the lime.
  2. In a blender, place the lime rind, lime juice, dates and almond milk. Blend it until smooth and pour it into two glasses.
